Book an engineer

A Foxnet engineer on a remote session or at your site, booked into a real slot with a price Foxnet calculates up front.

Engineers diagnose and advise in good faith. A fix cannot be guaranteed: faulty hardware, site conditions or vendor limits may need parts, an on-site visit or the manufacturer.

Engineer booking is not open for booking yet

It will appear here as soon as Foxnet switches it on. Until then, call +91 90948 94948 or write to connect@foxnetglobal.com.

Before the visit

Send what the engineer would ask for

Photos of the camera view, the NVR channel list, a layout drawing or a log export let the engineer arrive with the right parts — and often show whether the camera is simply pointed at the wrong distance band.

Questions

Remote or on-site — which do I need?

Remote suits configuration, software, network and recording problems where the engineer can reach the system. On-site is for cabling, power, mounting and hardware faults, or sites without remote access.

My site is under a Foxnet AMC or warranty. Do I pay?

Foxnet checks coverage for your account when you book. Covered work is booked at no charge; the price step tells you what applies.

Is the fix guaranteed?

Engineers diagnose and advise in good faith. A fix cannot be guaranteed: faulty hardware, site conditions or vendor limits may need parts, an on-site visit or the manufacturer.

What if the work takes longer than booked?

The engineer stops and asks before going past the booked time. Extra time is added only with your approval.
