Foxnet Securitas designs and installs boardroom and auditorium audio for corporate offices, training centres, atriums, town hall spaces and event venues across India — conferencing DSP, microphone strategy, loudspeaker coverage, acoustic treatment and Dante audio networking, specified as one system. Our brief comes from facilities, AV and corporate communications teams who have usually already tried adding another speaker to a room that was never going to work.
What we deliver

- Dante audio networking over the corporate LAN, with clocking, VLAN and quality-of-service design done properly so audio does not compete with everything else on the network.
- Room integration with the video conferencing platform so that the audio in the room and the audio on the call are the same system, with a single control interface rather than three remotes.
- Commissioning with measurement — level and coverage uniformity across seats, echo cancellation performance on a live call, and gain-before-feedback checks with the real microphones in the real positions.
- Ongoing support covering firmware and DSP configuration backups, wireless microphone frequency coordination, replacement of consumables, and re-tuning after a room is refurbished or reconfigured.
How a Foxnet deployment works
1. Site survey and requirement capture. We sit in the room and listen before we specify anything: ceiling height and construction, glazing and hard surfaces, HVAC noise floor, table shape and seat count, how the space is actually used, and which conferencing platform the organisation has standardised on. Reverberation and background noise are recorded, not estimated.
2. Design and BoQ. We produce a signal flow diagram, microphone and loudspeaker layout with coverage plots, DSP block design, network and Dante addressing plan, acoustic treatment schedule and control system layout, priced as a line-item bill of quantities so each element can be traded off against budget knowingly.
3. Installation and commissioning. First fix, containment and cable pulls are coordinated with the interiors contractor so ceiling devices land where the reflected ceiling plan says. Commissioning covers DSP tuning, equalisation, echo canceller convergence, gain structure, camera and platform integration, and a full rehearsal in the room with real users.
4. Handover, training and documentation. You receive as-built signal flow drawings, the DSP configuration file, the Dante device and subscription list, wireless frequency plan, control system layout and measured commissioning results. We train facilities and reception staff on the day-to-day panel and the AV team on the deeper configuration.
5. AMC and ongoing support. Scheduled visits cover configuration backup, firmware currency, wireless scan and re-coordination, battery and consumable replacement, and a working check of every room before large events. Reactive support covers the pattern every AV team knows — a room that worked last week and does not today.

Enterprise AV standardisation is the recurring reason clients consolidate. When each office fit-out is handled by a different local vendor, a company ends up with five different room platforms, five different control interfaces and an IT team that cannot support any of them remotely. A single integrator across cities means one room standard, one DSP configuration template, one Dante addressing scheme and one support escalation path.
Our AV work at Infravision in Noida is a representative example: conference room and townhall AV in the same building, where the small room had to deliver clean far-end audio on daily calls while the townhall space had to carry a presenter's voice across a much larger and more reflective volume. Two very different acoustic problems, one design language, one support relationship.

Cost rises with wireless microphone channel count, acoustic treatment in a glass-and-concrete room, ceiling work in a completed fit-out, redundancy for broadcast or streamed events, and premium loudspeaker brands. It falls where the room is acoustically forgiving, where the design is repeated across a floor or an estate, and where a structured cabling and switching backbone already exists to carry Dante. AMC is priced separately, usually as an annual percentage of installed system value, varying with room count and whether pre-event checks are included.
Frequently asked questions
Should a boardroom use ceiling, table or gooseneck microphones?
It depends on how the table is used. Beamforming ceiling arrays keep the table clear and suit rooms where people move seats, but they pick up more room reverberation and need a treated ceiling plane. Boundary and gooseneck microphones sit closer to the talker and give better signal-to-noise, which matters in a reflective room. Large rooms often mix both.
What is Dante audio networking, and does it need its own network?
Dante carries multichannel low-latency audio over standard Ethernet, so a DSP, microphones and amplifiers can sit anywhere on the network. It does not always need physically separate cabling, but it does need a managed switch, a dedicated VLAN, quality of service and correct clocking. Where the corporate network cannot offer that, we specify a separate AV switch fabric.
Do we need acoustic treatment, or can the DSP fix the room?
Processing can correct frequency response and control echo on a call, but it cannot shorten reverberation time. In a glass-walled boardroom or a hard-surfaced atrium, treatment is what makes speech clear; the electronics then have something to work with. We measure reverberation during survey so this is a numbers conversation, not a taste argument.
Will the room audio work with Microsoft Teams and Zoom?
Yes. Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms certification is an attribute of individual microphone, DSP and codec models, so we specify devices carrying the certification your organisation has standardised on. That keeps the room supportable through platform updates, and it is designed alongside the video conferencing hardware rather than bolted on afterwards.
How do you get even coverage in an auditorium or a double-height atrium?
By modelling coverage against the seating plan before specifying anything. Line arrays give controlled vertical directivity for long throws, point source and column loudspeakers suit medium rooms, and delay loudspeakers keep distant seats aligned with the stage. Aiming and delay times are set at commissioning and verified by measurement across sample seats, not left at default.
Can this system also handle site-wide announcements and evacuation?
No, and it should not be asked to. Life-safety announcements need supervised speaker circuits, standby power, evacuation zoning and integration with the fire alarm panel — a different architecture with different standards behind it.
