Foxnet began with a full site assessment, mapping room dimensions, ambient noise, ceiling heights and existing network infrastructure. Four conference rooms of varying capacities were fitted with Logitech video conferencing systems that automatically frame participants and filter out HVAC hum and keyboard clicks, delivering broadcast-quality audio to remote attendees, whether it is a three-person huddle or a 15-person strategy session.

Beyond individual rooms, Infravision needed a centralised townhall where leadership could address the entire organisation at once. This called for a different level of engineering: immersive, intelligible audio and crisp visuals for a full-capacity gathering.
