Our Approach

Engineering Clarity Across Every Room

Foxnet Securitas began with a thorough site assessment of Infravision's Noida premises, mapping room dimensions, ambient noise levels, ceiling heights, and existing network infrastructure. The goal was not simply to install hardware — it was to design an experience. Every meeting should feel as though both sides of a call are in the same room.

Four conference rooms of varying capacities were identified. For each, Foxnet deployed the Logitech Conference System — a unified platform that combines 4K PTZ camera tracking, intelligent noise-suppression microphone arrays, and seamless integration with Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. Room configurations were tested live, with camera angles and microphone pickup patterns fine-tuned for each unique space before sign-off.

The result: whether an Infravision executive is running a three-person board huddle or a 15-person strategy session, the Logitech system automatically frames participants, filters out HVAC hum and keyboard clicks, and delivers broadcast-quality audio to remote participants — every single time.

Townhall Solution

Where the Whole Company Comes Together

Beyond individual conference rooms, Infravision needed a centralized townhall — a unified space where leadership could address the entire organisation simultaneously. This required an entirely different level of AV engineering: not just clarity for a handful of people, but intelligible, immersive audio and crisp visual delivery for a full-capacity gathering.

JBL Professional Speakers were installed at calibrated positions throughout the hall, delivering even sound pressure levels that eliminate dead zones — ensuring the employee in the back row hears the CEO as clearly as those in the front. The system is anchored by a Samsung Display Projector that renders presentations, live video feeds, and corporate dashboards at vivid, high-contrast resolution — maintaining legibility even in mixed ambient lighting conditions.

Binding everything together is the Audio-Technica Mixer, the signal backbone of the entire townhall. It routes multiple audio sources — lapel microphones, handheld wireless mics, laptop audio feeds, and video conferencing inputs — with precision control over levels, equalization, and output routing. During live all-hands events, a single operator manages the entire audio landscape from one interface, dramatically reducing the risk of technical disruptions during high-stakes moments.
